In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

Scheduled - We are running monthly system backups on the iSeries (AS/400) platform during this planned maintenance. All iSeries applications and services will be unavailable or only intermittently available.
All users should remain logged out of FCJS and similar applications.

We expect normal iSeries operations to resume no later than 09:00 am (Eastern) Sunday.

Resolved - Cisco resolved all remaining issues overnight and the system is now fully operational.

Update - Cisco is reported most, but not all services are restored. Voicemail and Contact Center may still be affected. FCDC continues to monitor progress.

Monitoring - Data Center continues to monitor the incident. Cisco reports that some Webex services have recovered and are stabilizing, while others continue to experience degraded performance.
