Wi-Fi Network Maintenance May 21, 2024 01:00-03:00 EDT
The data center will be performing maintenance on the Wi-Fi networks at the below-listed locations. Wireless network access should remain available, however coverage may be adversely impacted during the maintenance window. Upon completion of the maintenance activities, Wi-Fi service should be 100% restored. Note that this will affect both public Wi-Fi and county Wi-Fi services.

- 345 S High St

- 373 S High St

Scheduled - Palo Alto will be performing Phase 2 of upgrading their Prisma Access software. This will take place 5/17/24 from 8pm to 12am. Users attempting to connect to the VPN may experience issues and briefly be unable to connect during the upgrade process. If that occurs it is recommended to attempt connecting again after 15 minutes. If there are issues after the window has closed please reach out to the help desk for assistance.

Scheduled - We are running monthly system backups on the iSeries (AS/400) platform during this planned maintenance. All iSeries applications and services will be unavailable or only intermittently available.
All users should remain logged out of FCJS and similar applications

We expect normal iSeries operations to resume no later than 09:00 am (Eastern) Sunday
