We have not observed any additional outage behaviors with Microsoft services this morning. We believe this was a sub-5-minute outage either within Microsoft's infrastructure or in regional Internet routing infrastructure.

All Microsoft web-based services (like M365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) experienced a brief service outage around 10:25 this morning. Services appear to be restored. We are monitoring for any additional issues.
